As the
Program Director - SRO Housing , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Providing direct and regular supervision to all SRO Site/Property managers, Case Managers, and SRO Resident Advisors employed by the Catholic Charities Housing Office
Overseeing SRO sites operations including holiday and special event programs and emergency response in collaboration with the Facilities Director
Prepare funding proposals, quarterly and annual reporting to funding and regulatory entities including U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance; New York State Homes & Community Renewal, as well as internally to Catholic Charities. Collects statistical information, narratives and provides information for submission to local, county, state, and federal funders
In cooperation with the Facilities Director, plan and implement regular and preventive facility maintenance, repair and improvement programs to insure the housing continues to be safe, attractive and in compliance with all fire/safety, health, sanitation and building codes
Ensure the compliance of SRO programs provided by CCHO with regulatory and other legal requirements; development and maintenance of policies and procedures in compliance with the same
Property Management of SRO sites ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds, protection of tenants’ rights, collection of rent, execution and enforcement of leases. Monitor and reconcile rent collection and delinquent accounts

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5 (37.5 hours per week)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience working with a diverse population
VALID Driver's License, proof of current car registration and insurance, and access to a reliable, working vehicle
