We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do. As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals\' lives, making a significant impact through:
Maintains rotating 24-hour on-call availability as needed at site for emergency needs including but not limited to lockouts and responding to alarms; Assess the situation and implement appropriate response to identified emergency/need.
Maintains building security and all aspects of health and safety at site.
Conducts quarterly fire drills as required and maintains fire drill log sheet
Adequately maintains lock and security systems; immediately reports repair needs via work order system and/or contact with vendor.
Collects rents and other fees, writes receipts, and make entries on tenant ledger cards and cash receipts journals. Makes deposits and transmits records to Fiscal Office.
Tracks and issues lease violations for rent delinquencies, provides report to supervisor
When evictions are necessary, assists in the preparation of appropriate paperwork, including documentation demonstrating cause for the action, and notices served to tenants.
Supervises on-site janitorial staff to ensure that building and grounds are clean, rugs are vacuumed, entranceways are clear, all trash is picked up, lawn is mowed, weeds are picked, snow is shoveled, garbage is taken out, etc. Kitchen and bathroom must meet high standards for cleanliness at all times. Inspects cleaning of common areas (lobby, kitchen, lounges, bathrooms, halls) daily
Promptly reports any maintenance needs via the work order request and refers larger maintenance issues to Facilities Director using appropriate maintenance request forms to ensure that all building components and equipment are in good working condition.
Site Manager Minimum Salary: $22.00/hour Site Manager Maximum Salary: $25.00/hour Site Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30amam - 5pm (40 hours per week)

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Services
3 - 5 year\'s of experience with Staff Supervision/Site Management
Experience working with a diverse population
VALID NYS Driver\'s License
LIHTC Certification
