Job Description onsemi is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to join the corporate technical transfer team to drive the successful transfer and production ramp of onsemi technologies in front‑end factories. The candidate will need to be self‑motivated and drive project success with the end goal of delivering products on time, at the right cost, and with high quality.

This is a “hands‑on” position. The successful candidate is expected to work independently as well as within teams. They should possess analytical skills to identify problems, leadership skills to own and drive improvement across all aspects of the manufacturing process, and technical skills to balance the benefits and risks of various solution paths as they relate to production output, ramp timing and quality.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders from all different organizations to ensure the successful transfer and production ramp of key new products both from a technical perspective and also supply and capacity.

Work with internal factories or foundries to track deliver, yield and quality as technology ramps.

Create schedules in MS Project, perform risk analyses using onsemi program management tools, and maintain these throughout the duration of the project.

Document and track projects to define scope, stay on schedule, and stay within budget.

Identify, resolve, and close critical decisions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in semiconductor product, test, quality, or reliability testing.

Strong experience in ramping semiconductor technology to mass production quickly and successfully while balancing risk and optimizing cost.

Experience across the full product life cycle.

Cross‑function and remote factory management.

Project / program management experience.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
