Job Overview Georgetown University’s Center for Youth Justice (CYJ) is expanding its Certificate Programs and needs a Project Coordinator to support the Deputy Director for Certificate Programs. The role involves coordinating all day‑to‑day activities of CYJ’s certificate offerings at Georgetown University, in the field, and online, and assisting with program development, participant engagement, and project execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development, organization, and administration of CYJ’s Certificate Programs.
Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing.
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop curriculum and materials.
Support multiple interrelated programs in various national locations.
Work with instructors to create materials and presentations, vet participants, and manage registrations.
Implement and execute week‑long training programs and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Participate in local Capstone Project reform efforts to improve youth and family outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or related roles.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Independent worker who demonstrates initiative and teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sites, Box, and Zoom.
Work Mode Designation Hybrid
Pay Range $44,022.00 - $73,406.80
