Technology Requirements

This is not a traditional Sales Executive position—this is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment. Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to: Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background Always be on camera during training and live presentations Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process Possess sales experience and hold an active Real Estate License

Qualifications And Responsibilities

Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization. Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings. Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays

Onboarding

Our onboarding experience includes approximately five hours of instructor-led facilitation. The remainder of your onboarding will consist of self-guided activities, where you’ll be expected to record yourself delivering teach-backs of the content to demonstrate your understanding and competency.
