We are hiring a

Director of Sales Operations

to lead a team of sales operations professionals and managers. You will strengthen the systems, processes, and data that power our revenue motions (Sales Development, Account Executives, Partner Sales, and Expansion Sales). Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will bring focus, discipline, and data‑driven insight to help the organization scale and thrive.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead the Sales Operations team, cascading vision, strategy, and key initiatives. Oversee execution and operationalize GTM initiatives.

GTM Strategic Partnership:

Work with the executive team to define GTM strategy, develop operating plans, and maximize sales revenue.

Optimize Sales Execution:

Ensure the sales organization has the right resources, processes, and technology to be efficient and effective.

Business Alignment:

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, Business Applications/Salesforce, Customer Experience, and Product to align GTM efforts.

Revenue Leadership Partnership:

Serve as trusted advisor to Revenue leaders, shaping operational structures that maximize performance.

Sales Data & Analytics:

Partner with Analysts to build a robust reporting environment, capture performance data, and set quota and goal metrics.

Tech Stack Resource Management:

Influence decision‑making across the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, etc.) and drive ongoing optimization.

Process Optimization & Governance:

Define Rules of Engagement, set resource initiatives, and architect scalable sales processes to maximize conversion and productivity.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales operations, with 3+ in senior leadership roles.

Visionary, people‑first leader who inspires and mentors teams.

Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, territory mapping, and stage design.

Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Customer‑Centric Selling, Challenger, SPIN, BANT.

Strong knowledge of sales platforms (SFDC, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Tableau).

Innovative, strategic thinker who drives GTM motion transformation.

Strong business acumen: financials, revenue metrics, forecasting, and strategy execution.

Data‑driven decision maker with a culture of continuous improvement.

Executive‑level communication skills, influencing and aligning leadership.

Nice to Have

Proven track record supporting and scaling $300M+ revenue organizations.

Experience across enterprise and SMB sales operations with high‑throughput environments.

Partnership experience with Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Product Marketing.

4‑year degree or advanced education with revenue‑operations certifications.

Change‑management expertise and ability to guide teams through innovation.

Strong community engagement (Winning by Design, RevOps Co‑op, SaaStr, etc.).

AI fluency and ability to leverage AI in sales operations.

Advanced Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience and familiarity with Marketo, LeanData, Gainsight.
