About the Role Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As the Senior Associate, Enterprise & Cross Brand Initiatives, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies that span Humana’s enterprise and brand portfolio. You’ll help ensure consistency, cohesion, and strategic alignment across initiatives that impact multiple lines of business.

Key Role Functions

Support the planning and execution of enterprise‑wide marketing initiatives that span multiple brands or business units.

Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment and integration.

Assist in the development of messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and activation plans for cross‑brand efforts.

Track initiative performance and provide insights to inform future planning.

Help manage stakeholder communications and cross‑functional coordination.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or enterprise‑level campaign planning.

Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives across multiple business units or brand portfolios.

Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex timelines and deliverables.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Experience developing messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and activation plans.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries and large or multi‑brand organizations.

Familiarity with enterprise campaign planning and governance.

Background in strategic planning or corporate marketing.

Experience working with external agencies and internal creative teams to execute enterprise‑wide initiatives.

Additional Information Employees who work from Home or Hybrid Home/Office must meet specified internet service criteria. Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi‑weekly payment for internet expense. Telephone equipment is provided. A dedicated work space that protects PHI/HIPAA is required.

Travel: Remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week.

Compensation Compensation range: $94,900 – $130,500 per year. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
