We have been retained by a respected law firm with a strong national and regional real estate practice to help them add a new associate. The firm is at capacity with its current workload and is looking for a full-time attorney who can step into meaningful client work right away. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants high-level real estate transactions, direct partner mentorship, and long-term growth potential — with flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements & Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney (Maryland preferred, but open to other jurisdictions with relevant experience)
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating leases, licenses, and easements
Ability to manage a significant workload across multiple clients and projects
Must Haves
Handle transactional work for industrial real estate and a national wireless carrier
Draft, review, and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, and related agreements
Collaborate directly with partners and clients, balancing priorities across different projects
Work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining accountability for hours and deliverables
Preferred Background & Skills
Prior large firm training or in-house corporate experience in telecom or real estate transactions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
Desire to commit long-term to a growing firm with mentorship and advancement opportunities
Interest in transitioning telecom-related client work as senior counsel retires
