Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and development agreements Draft HOA and condominium documents Draft and negotiate commercial leases Engage in business development and participate in community activities to promote the firm and practice areas Collaborate with the real estate team and work effectively as part of a team Qualifications
4+ years of experience in real estate transactions Maryland Bar is required; Virginia and District of Columbia bar admissions are preferred Real estate transactional experience is a must Portable business is a plus Attention to detail and sound judgment; strong communication skills; able to work as a team player Salary and Benefits
Annual base salary range dependent upon experience: $110,000 – $150,000 plus Incentive Bonus Plan. Eligibility for benefits including health, dental and vision insurance; retirement plan; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability. How to Apply
