A well-established global manufacturer of custom industrial machinery is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a newly created position offering high autonomy, direct impact, and the opportunity to expand into new verticals for a fast-growing international organization.

Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Own and grow the North American sales territory for high-value industrial equipment.

Manage and expand relationships with an established base of customers while pursuing new business.

Identify and develop new verticals and applications for the company’s machinery solutions.

Lead consultative sales processes, understanding technical applications and ensuring customer specifications are met.

Collaborate with leadership in Europe and North America to align sales strategy and revenue goals.

Travel approximately 50% throughout North America (U.S., Mexico, Canada) to meet customers and attend trade events.

What You’ll Bring

5–10+ years of technical or capital equipment sales experience.

Strong understanding of industrial machinery, electromechanical systems, or custom manufacturing equipment.

Proven success in long sales cycles and consultative selling to industrial clients.

Ability to work independently and manage a broad territory with minimal oversight.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Technical discipline a plus, not required).

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Italian a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
