The Director will lead our paid media strategy across channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility as we expand our restaurant franchise footprint. This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on expertise in paid media, strong analytical acumen, and leadership to align cross‑functional teams toward shared business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own the full paid media strategy, spanning paid search, social, digital, and emerging channels.

Lead media budget allocation and forecasting, optimizing spend to maximize ROI, drive profitable customer acquisition, and increase lifetime value.

Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization with a focus on continuous improvement in performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Implement media mix modeling, attribution frameworks, and funnel optimization to guide decision‑making and investment strategies.

Collaborate with analytic data and SMEs to define KPIs, lead measurement of ROAS and ROI, and apply insights to refine campaigns.

Manage external agency partners, holding them accountable to performance goals, creative delivery, and operational excellence.

Collaborate closely with creative, brand marketing, and loyalty teams to align paid efforts across the customer journey, integrating messaging for both upper‑funnel awareness and lower‑funnel conversion.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitive activity to proactively recommend new opportunities.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Education & Experience

8‑10 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably with multi‑location or franchise business experience.

Proven track record in designing and executing integrated media campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Expertise in paid social, search, programmatic, display, and emerging digital platforms.

Advanced knowledge of media mix modeling, attribution, and conversion/funnel optimization methodologies.
