HR Investigator
for a

Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Lead impartial investigations into employee complaints, workplace concerns, and policy violations. Interview employees with professionalism and neutrality, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Analyze evidence, document findings, and prepare comprehensive reports. Manage case intake, tracking, and closure using the EthicsPoint/Navex system. Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams on resolution strategies and policy interpretation. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, state, and federal employment regulations. Generate reports and trend analysis to support compliance efforts and proactive risk mitigation. Support HR leadership in corrective actions and follow-up measures. Assist Legal and Compliance teams with subpoenas, audits, and data requests.
Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of HR investigations, employee relations, labor relations, or compliance experience. Union experience required. Prior experience in hospital or behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, investigative best practices, and data privacy protocols. Experience with Workday and/or UKG timekeeping systems a plus.
Salary & Benefits $63,000 - $75,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package offered Hybrid role: In-office 1+ days per week, with flexibility to be on-site more as investigations require
