AMG & Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evaluation Consultant to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for assessing programs and projects, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support our clients in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of programs and initiatives, including both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Design evaluation frameworks and methodologies tailored to specific project goals and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evaluation needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software and other analytical tools.
Prepare clear and concise reports that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations.
Facilitate presentations and workshops to share evaluation outcomes with stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and developments in evaluation practices.
Qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public health, education, evaluation research).
Proven experience in program evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluation methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of specific sectors or areas of evaluation (e.g., education, health, community development) is a plus.
