Senior B2B Campaign Manager

– Own global B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels. Lead, design, and continuously optimize campaigns that generate demand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. Serve as strategic lead for advanced marketing automation, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate growth and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

Ownership of B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy, including HCP strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and revenue goals.

Understand HCP and consumer needs, uncover new VOC insights to improve B2B/B2B2C marketing and communications.

Strategically plan and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics; establish a data‑driven culture to measure impact.

Oversee campaign lifecycle from concept to delivery, refining and optimizing for maximum efficiency and ROI.

Lead global campaign planning workshops and mentor regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.

Drive collaboration between Sales, Branding, Communications, and Product Launch to ensure seamless campaign integration across the buyer journey.

Develop and manage B2B content and communication framework to elevate engagement with key professional audiences.

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM data to enhance segmentation, targeting, and automation strategies that achieve business goals.

Lead B2B campaign agency and consultancy relationships, ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.

Champion A/B testing, data analytics, and reporting practices for evidence‑based decision‑making.

Manage global budget allocation for B2B campaigns, monitor spend efficiency, and deliver transparent reporting on campaign ROI.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for junior marketing team members.

Own Salesforce strategy coordination to drive evolution.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent corporate experience.

Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in digital and B2B marketing, with proven success in strategy ownership and campaign leadership.

Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketing Cloud), and data analytics tools.

Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, or similar regulated industries preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.

English fluency (native). European languages are an advantage.

Experience with digital marketing tools and email marketing software.

Additional Requirements

Willingness and availability to travel internationally.

Minimum network speed: 200 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload to support remote functionality.

Pay range: $109,600 – $164,400 per year, bonus eligible.
