Lead and develop a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery Foster a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members and promoting accountability Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and matrix partners for seamless issue resolution Utilize reporting and analysis to understand root causes of issues and implement proactive measures Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide updates on team deliverables and client escalations What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementation or benefit installation At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
