What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain and manage an assigned book of business while developing client relationships
Educate internal stakeholders on pharmacy benefits and strategies
Participate in client meetings to review performance and present pharmacy management solutions
Analyze pharmacy utilization to provide consultative solutions to clients
Coordinate service delivery and resolve pharmacy-related issues with clients and brokers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
Strong background in consultative client management methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with little or no advance notice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Operational understanding of the PBM business model
Proficient in Microsoft programs with excellent presentation skills in group settings
