What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain and manage an assigned book of business while ensuring client satisfaction
Educate and advance pharmacy knowledge within the medical sales organization
Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering pharmacy management solutions
Analyze pharmacy utilization and provide consultative solutions to clients
Act as a pharmacy subject matter expert for pricing and renewal strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven ability to manage renewals independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time with little or no advance notice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with consultative client management methodologies
Operational understanding of the PBM business model
Strong presentation skills in group settings
Self‑motivation and accountability
Technical skills using all Microsoft programs
