(Job Responsibilities) : Accountable for all aspects of assigned wind power project execution, including design, procurement, construction, safety, cost, schedule, and quality Implement construction management processes and procedures with a strong presence at the project site Facilitate interaction and coordination among various internal project partners Monitor and report on project performance using key performance indicators and address any adverse situations Identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies for integration into current and future projects What is Required
(Qualifications) : University degree or diploma in engineering, construction, technical operations, or project management training/experience specific to wind projects Minimum of 7 years of progressively increasing project technical and leadership experience Direct experience as a Project Manager on Canadian and US wind projects, particularly in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Excellent understanding of project management methods, preferably with PMP certification or equivalent Valid Class 5 driver's license, verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire How to Stand Out
