Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Past sales experience is preferred • Tech savvy • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Compensation: $65,000-$105,000 per year
