Food and Beverage Manager Hospitality Confidential is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple distinct dining venues within a high‑volume mountain village environment. Each venue will have its own identity, service style, and guest experience. The role requires a leader who can harmonize culture, consistency, and creativity across all outlets while partnering closely with culinary and operations leadership to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is executed at the highest level.

Commissioned Pay Range Hospitality Confidential provided pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr

About the Position The General Manager will oversee multiple full‑service food and beverage outlets, ranging from lively social spaces to refined dining rooms and private club settings. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to lead with heart, inspire teams, and translate vision into seamless daily performance.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in multi‑unit food & beverage leadership, preferably in a resort or high‑volume fine dining setting.

Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple full‑service food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team focused on professionalism, growth, and guest satisfaction.

Drive a culture of accountability and excellence, fostering collaboration and communication across all departments.

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, inventory management, and cost control.

Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health and service regulations.

Partner with culinary and operations leadership to elevate menus, streamline systems, and enhance service execution.

Analyze performance metrics to identify efficiencies, improve workflows, and maximize profitability.

Build and sustain a workplace culture that values creativity, respect, and continuous improvement.

Represent the property’s hospitality vision with integrity, professionalism, and passion for guest experience.
