Food & Beverage Manager – Fine Dining & Luxury Operations

We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead high‑performing restaurant and outlet teams in a luxury, high‑volume environment.

This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver five‑star service and maintain impeccable standards.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with culinary leadership to design innovative menus and promotions.

Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Recruit, coach, and develop team members for growth and advancement.

Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in upscale or fine dining food & beverage management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Food Handler certification required; hospitality degree preferred.

Compensation Competitive salary range of $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
