What you’ll be doing... As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll earn base pay and commissions while delivering excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities include:
Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and operational skill‑building across merchandising and inventory.
Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers can earn an extra $14,500+ in commissions, giving a total potential of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have:
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance)
Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak months (summer, November‑December, vacation periods)
Even better if you have:
Experience working in a commission‑based environment
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
Customer service experience
