Onsite Responsibilities
Extracting, validating, and structuring clinical datasets to support reporting on turnaround times (TATs), wRVUs per shift, productivity metrics, and capacity planning. Building reports and dashboards to integrate operational, financial, and clinical metrics. Supporting analysis of radiology workflow, clinic utilization, and departmental performance. Advising leadership on data-driven decision-making through accessible and accurate analytics. Working knowledge of healthcare data for data manipulation, analysis, and report presentation. Captures, analyzes, and documents requirements for analytics solutions and updates datasets for reports & visualizations as needed. Experience with data quality tools for data profiling, cleansing, and standardization. Collect, analyze, abstract and report on data using information technologies to support clinical and operational processes and organizational initiatives. Designs data queries based on customer inquiries and needs. Extracts, validates and analyzes desired data. Collaborates on the design, implementation, and evaluation of data analysis processes, including determining metrics and methodologies to be used. Trends patterns and recognizes relationships within data. Builds automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI providing insights to improve decision-making. Create multiple dashboards, reports and applications within the Power BI platform to automate clinical operational processes. Document Power BI report design and technical specs. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, healthcare informatics, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in database development, data analytics, or healthcare data management. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, informatics, or a related field. Experience with SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, or other data warehouse tools. Experience in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages. Experience with healthcare productivity metrics (wRVUs, cFTEs) and coding standards (CPT, ICD/diagnosis codes). Experience with radiology workflow, clinic utilization analysis, and capacity planning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced proficiency with SQL and database management. Knowledge of data warehouse design, data mining, and analytical processing. Ability to apply healthcare coding and productivity measures to data analysis. Strong skills in data visualization (Power BI, Excel). Clear and effective communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with faculty, staff, and leadership. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
