Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager serves as a senior advisor and strategic partner to the Dean and the Office of the Dean, providing visionary leadership in the design, execution, and oversight of enterprise-level Information Technology initiatives that advance the School of Medicine’s mission and long-term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
Information Technology Project Leadership (50%)
Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the design and deployment of enterprise IT systems supporting the School of Medicine’s FTE Initiative, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, compliance standards, and mission‑based effort definitions. Direct the development of secure, scalable data infrastructure—including centralized databases and repositories—to enable clinical benchmarking, funds flow reconciliation, and strategic opportunity analysis. Lead cross‑functional teams in the automation of data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that deliver real‑time insights into FTE allocations, funding sources, and productivity across distributed computing environments. Manage the execution of multi‑phase FTE projects, integrating systems development lifecycles and performance monitoring frameworks to ensure operational excellence and long‑term sustainability. Drive the integration of academic, research, and administrative computing systems to support cross‑functional data interoperability, performance benchmarking, and real‑time decision support across the institution.
