Technology IT Services Office Administrator Role
Serve as the central point of contact for all administrative and front office functions. Greet and assist guests and employees daily, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Manage office operations including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, maintaining supplies, and overseeing mail distribution. Administer building access and security processes, including monitoring entry and exit activity and managing badge requests. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure service contracts and performance standards are met. Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and company events, including potential travel support for broader company initiatives. Communicate with maintenance and building management for facility needs and repairs. Track and report on office expenses related to supplies, vendors, and facilities.
