About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to spearhead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management. This executive will be a key member of the CFO's leadership team, driving alignment across business and finance organizations, and shaping the company's long-term financial strategy. The role requires a dynamic leader with at least 15-20 years' progressive financial management experience, including global FP&A roles in public companies, international finance, and a strong background in SOX and IFRS/SEC reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning activities, serving as a strategic financial partner to the executive team, and leading a global team of finance professionals. Essential duties also include KPI and performance management, process improvement, and providing financial insights to guide decision-making.

Applicants for this role at the company should possess a BS/BA in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing global FP&A teams, as well as experience in driving transformational change and leveraging advanced data analytics for strategic decision-making. A background in payments, fintech, software, or data-driven businesses is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with an entrepreneurial and creative approach, the ability to challenge the status quo, and a strong business acumen to partner with senior executives. The SVP will also be expected to have a deep understanding of complex financial situations and the ability to simplify them for executive decision-making, as well as experience in process efficiency tools and techniques.
