Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include supervision of all receiving, shipping, while supporting inventory management operations to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of materials. Oversees compliance, safety, and productivity standards while coordinating with production and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
Inventory Management: Receiving new stock, organizing and storing items, accurately tracking inventory levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.
Order Fulfillment: Processing customer orders, picking and packing items, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped, and preparing outgoing shipments securely.
Administrative Support: Processing shipping and delivery documents, maintaining records, producing operational reports, and handling general clerical duties.
Logistics & Operations: Loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and moving inventory between locations.
Safety & Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, removing safety hazards, and ensuring the warehouse operates in compliance with safety protocols.
Collaboration & Communication: Interacting with internal teams, external customers, and vendors, and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery, proficiency in company ERP system and computer applications, and knowledge of warehousing policies and procedures.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, organize tasks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
