Key Responsibilities
Supervision of all receiving, shipping operations to ensure accurate and efficient material flow.
Maintain compliance, safety, and productivity standards while coordinating with production and logistics teams.
Inventory Management – Receive new stock, organize and store items, track inventory, conduct regular audits.
Order Fulfillment – Process customer orders, pick and pack items, ensure correctness of shipment, prepare outgoing shipments.
Administrative Support – Process shipping and delivery documents, maintain records, produce operational reports, handle clerical duties.
Logistics & Operations – Load/unload materials, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, move inventory between locations.
Safety & Organization – Keep workspace clean, remove hazards, ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaboration & Communication – Interact with internal teams, external customers, vendors, and communicate effectively for smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery, proficiency in company ERP system and computer applications, knowledge of warehousing policies and procedures.
Organizational Skills: Manage time, organize tasks, maintain accurate inventory records.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and customers.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
