We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for multiple leaders and teams.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage key projects and meeting follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Serve as liaison for internal and external communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support operations and administrative functions, including expense reporting, supply ordering, and document management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for critical business documents.
- Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, or a corporate operations environment preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when needed.
