Were seeking a proactive and highly organized

Executive Assistant

to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for multiple leaders and teams. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage key projects and meeting follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of action items. Serve as liaison for internal and external communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support operations and administrative functions, including expense reporting, supply ordering, and document management. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for critical business documents. Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior leadership. Experience in manufacturing, or a corporate operations environment preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when needed.
