Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in trade finance or 3 years in trade asset distribution, with a strong background in global trade finance and working capital products. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have advanced credit training, a solid analytical financial background, and a proven track record in managing multiple projects and transactions. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish being preferred.
