About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of System Facilities Operations and Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for facilities operations and maintenance across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-term facility condition assessments, infrastructure strategies, and capital renewal planning. This role requires a leader who can ensure operational excellence, drive performance against industry benchmarks, and utilize continuous improvement frameworks. The Executive Director will also oversee relationships and contracts with various external partners and must be adept at collaborative engagement with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and executive leadership.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' progressive facilities management experience. A Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification is required within 12 months of hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of regulatory codes and compliance standards, proven expertise in budget development, strategic planning, and infrastructure operations, and the ability to lead through systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration. The role demands a leader who can drive a culture of innovation, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving, and who is committed to the organization's mission, values, and service goals.
