About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community with a focus on creating a positive and safe environment for both residents and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations, including marketing, financial performance, general leadership, staff management, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the community's sales culture, meeting financial goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Executive Director will also be involved in resident care, engagement, and asset management, and must have a passion for working with seniors.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, and at least 2 years' in a senior living environment or equivalent. The role demands a leader with a proven track record, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. The Executive Director will be expected to recruit, train, and retain a high-quality team, and to ensure that the community is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
