The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning, staff training, and development, and must be adept at managing a diverse range of responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent professional experience.
