About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community with a focus on creating a positive and safe environment for both residents and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations, including marketing, financial performance, general leadership, staff management, operations, compliance, resident care, resident engagement, and dietary services. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a sales culture, meeting financial goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in line with the company's mission. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning, staff training, and development, and must be adept at managing a diverse range of responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent professional experience. Strong leadership skills, a passion for working with seniors, and a proven track record of success in a leadership capacity are essential. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure compliance with all regulations.
