Applicants for the Chair position at the Department of Psychology should have a PhD in Psychology, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or management role at an academic institution. A strong background in teaching at the collegiate level, particularly in an environment that values teaching, scholarly productivity, and engagement, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of extramural funding and be adept at working with diverse student, faculty, staff, and external constituencies.
