About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Residential Services to provide strategic leadership and management of its residential services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential programs, developing and managing initiatives in line with the company's strategic plan, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with life challenges. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated staff, including division directors, a director of nursing, and assistant residential directors, and requires a strong commitment to fostering a culture that aligns with the company's mission and core values.

Applicants for the Vice President of Residential Services position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in an executive-level residential services setting, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role involving major organizational change. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program and project management, compliance, and team leadership within the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of licensing rules and regulations, as well as experience in government contracting processes, is essential. The role demands an individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities. A background in a medically related field is encouraged but not mandatory.
