About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, tracking performance at both the fund and corporate levels, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. This role involves maintaining detailed financial projection models, developing short and long-term planning models, and managing the analysis and review of key financial metrics. The VP of FP&A will also be tasked with developing new predictive metrics, establishing cross-functional partnerships, and preparing high-quality presentations for leadership and investors.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in FP&A and related disciplines, with a preference for those with a background in credit funds, particularly at a premier asset manager. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of a credit fund complex, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and experience in using and managing budget/planning systems. Superior communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. The VP of FP&A will be expected to lead financial projects, perform ad-hoc analysis, and support the firm's strategic initiatives.
