About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Instruction to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the total instructional program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the program is in compliance with all relevant regulations and for the continuous improvement of teaching and student learning. This role involves close collaboration with the College President, Vice President of Student Services, and the Business and Administrative Services Manager. The Vice President of Instruction will also serve as the College Accreditation Liaison Officer, assist in budget development, and supervise the instructional budget. Additionally, the role includes supervising instructional administrative personnel, coordinating in-service training, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Applicants for the Vice President of Instruction position at the company must have a Master's degree, with a preference for a Ph.D. or Ed.D., and at least one year of leadership experience in a related field.
