The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves overseeing grant accounting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and preparing financial statements for various stakeholders. The CFO will also be tasked with managing cash flow, investment strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly A-133 audits. Additionally, the CFO will provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry, particularly in a non-profit setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant accounting, compliance, and experience with A-133 audits. Strong financial analysis, modeling skills, and excellent leadership and management abilities are essential.
