Key responsibilities for the CSCO include leading a team of supply chain professionals, working closely with the executive team to set strategic direction, and managing a significant budget. The role requires a leader who can foster an enterprise mindset, lead with accountability, and collaborate both internally and externally. The candidate should be an experienced supply chain expert, capable of managing complex operations and delivering measurable results. They must be adept at navigating organizational complexity, driving modernization efforts, and using data and technology to improve operations. The CSCO will also be expected to represent the organization with donors and at industry events, and to be actively engaged in the organization's culture and values.
