About Us:

We are partnered with a dynamic financial services firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a large team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Serve as the front‑line receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports using Concur.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and office operations as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and organized.
  • Foster a positive and professional office environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior leadership and clients.
  • Flexibility to perform both administrative and reception duties in a fast‑paced environment.
