We are partnered with a dynamic financial services firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a large team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

Serve as the front‑line receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.

Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.

Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports using Concur.

Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and office operations as needed.

Ensure office supplies are maintained and organized.

Foster a positive and professional office environment.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior leadership and clients.

Flexibility to perform both administrative and reception duties in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Information:

This is a full‑time, on‑site position.
