The property integrates with its natural surroundings to offer guests and residents access to white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and activities including golf, tennis, and swimming. About the role
Four Seasons Puerto Rico is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our Commercial team. Ideal candidates are dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Commercial Director. What you will do
Support the Commercial Director in achieving overall business objectives and formulating strategies to ensure business attainment. Manage the Sales team and oversee daily sales operations. Review sales production and implement the sales action plan to achieve budget goals. Work closely with DORM to produce accurate forecasts and adjust as needed after strategy meetings for yield optimization. Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas, supporting Catering, F&B Outlets, Spa, and Front Office in selling efforts. What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Sales; luxury experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills. What we offer
