Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across multiple business areas (product management, software engineering, data science, operations, design & research, growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc.). Collaborate with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet growth needs. Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team. Continuously review and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to balance time efficiency with quality. Who You Are
Partner to hiring leaders, focusing on elevating talent density with each hire to drive business results. High achiever who raises the bar for themselves and others. Comfortable operating within defined parameters and in ambiguous situations. Committed to delivering a stellar recruiting experience and continuing to refine your craft. Ideal Profile
7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity. Experience recruiting for fast-growth startups in product management, product design, or business operations is strongly preferred. Proven track record in a high-velocity, output-driven environment.
