Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst with Security Clearance

Responsibilities
Provide desk-side training to analysts.
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows.
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and surface use case gaps.
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
Remain current and up to date on latest Palantir platform features and capabilities.
Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product.
Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
Qualifications & Experience
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia). Recent and in-depth hands-on experience preferred.
Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred.
Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred.
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well as Microsoft Excel; understanding of hardware, networks, and server administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed.
Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
Security Clearance An Active TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED.
