Responsibilities
Provide desk‑side training to analysts.
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows.
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps.
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities.
Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
Travel 25% of the time, CONUS/OCONUS.
Work on‑site 5 days per week.
Qualifications
Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia). Recent and in‑depth hands‑on experience highly preferred.
Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience highly preferred.
Experience briefing high‑level military stakeholders highly preferred.
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Only US Citizens eligible due to US Government Contract Requirements.
An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
