Our client is a manufacturing company. They seek a SEC Reporting Manager to join their Stamford, CT office. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and annual SEC documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ensure consolidated financial statements follow U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Maintain and enhance internal control procedures related to financial reporting Conduct technical accounting research and document accounting positions Liaise with external auditors, coordinating reviews and addressing audit questions Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting Stay current on changes to SEC regulations and GAAP and ensure compliance Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting Requirements
4+ years of SEC or technical reporting experience Public (Big 4/National) accounting background Open to industry experience Organized with keen attention to detail CPA or parts passed preferred Skilled in Hyperion/JD Edwards/Oracle/SAP Job details
