The Finance Director position is accountable for the planning, forecasting and monitoring of the company's financial performance, to include the development of a financial and operational metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of internal control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results while ensuring full transparency over the financial performance of the Reporting Unit. The Finance Director serves as the leader of the Reporting Unit's Finance and Accounting team. Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large aerospace corporation. Experience partnering with an executive team and strong written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance and Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA) or equivalent. Strong Cost Accounting knowledge to monitor Industrial Performance and assist in robust forecasting. 10 years of management experience with a team of 8+ members; experience in cross-functional/international team environment preferred.
