Developer & Homebuilder Transactions:
Handle purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, title review, entitlement matters, and closings for land development projects. Commercial Leasing:
Negotiate and draft leases, amendments, and related documents for a range of property types. Work directly with clients, manage your own files with oversight, and serve as the
right hand to a senior partner
who values initiative, accuracy, and enthusiasm. Ideal Background
Active member of the Maryland Bar
(or pending admission) 1–5 years of real estate experience, ideally 4–5 years Experience in transactional real estate and/or commercial leasing Strong drafting and negotiation skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a fast-moving practice Why It’s a Great Fit
