Global Key Account Manager – Automotive (Europe)
A leading semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in China is expanding its international presence with the establishment of a new European subsidiary. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Global Key Account Manager to lead and develop business with automotive customers across Europe.
This position will play a central role in strengthening relationships with key Tier 1 automotive customers, managing global accounts, and ensuring alignment between European operations and global strategy. The role combines commercial leadership with strong technical and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with key automotive Tier 1 customers across Europe
Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams, coordinating global business activities
Identify new opportunities and lead business development initiatives with existing and prospective accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and Asia to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Contribute to long-term strategy and revenue growth within the automotive segment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales or key account management experience within the
semiconductor industry
Proven experience working with
automotive Tier 1 customers
Strong business acumen with a structured and results-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Solid technical understanding and ability to support complex project discussions
Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe and occasionally to Asia (2–3 times per year)
Fluency in
English and German
is required; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Chinese are advantageous
